21+ Adult Signature Required

By law, someone 21 or older must be present to sign for your delivery. GLS will not leave the package unattended. Please ensure someone is available.

California Residents Only

We are only permitted to ship within the state of California. Orders placed from outside California will be cancelled and refunded.

Ships from Our Brewery

All shipments originate from Culture Brewing Co. at 111 S Cedros Ave, Solana Beach, CA — our production brewery. This qualifies as brewery-direct delivery under California ABC regulations.

Wednesday Shipments Only

Orders placed any day of the week ship the following Wednesday. Order by Tuesday at midnight to be included in that week's shipment.

All alcoholic beverages are sold by Culture Brewing Co. at our licensed premises in Solana Beach, California. Title to all alcoholic beverages transfers to the purchaser at the time of sale at our licensed premises. Delivery within California is provided as a convenience. By placing an order you confirm you are 21 years of age or older and a California resident. An adult (21+) signature with valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery. Failed delivery attempts due to absence or inability to verify age may result in additional fees or order cancellation.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship every Wednesday from our Solana Beach brewery. Order by Tuesday at midnight to be included in that week's shipment.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes. GLS requires an adult signature (21+) at time of delivery. If no one is available, GLS will attempt redelivery. Please ensure someone is home.

Can you ship outside of California?

Not at this time. We are only licensed to ship beer within the state of California. Orders from outside California will be cancelled and refunded.

How is this legal?

All beer is sold at our licensed brewery at 111 S Cedros Ave, Solana Beach, CA. Title transfers to you at the point of sale. Delivery within California is provided as a convenience — we are not a shipping company. This model is used by licensed California breweries and is fully compliant with California ABC regulations.

What if my beer arrives damaged?

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely — visit any of our three taprooms and skip the shipping entirely. Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Manhattan Beach all have beer to go.
